How to Enter — Purchase (Optional)

Mystery Drop Pack purchase: Visit /season-drop and purchase a Mystery Drop Pack starting at $12.99 per pack. Each pack is a real physical product containing 1 guaranteed Pokémon item. Purchases also include bonus entries into the Season Drop Giveaway. No guaranteed outcome from entries. Purchase is entirely optional.

How to Enter — Free (No Purchase)

Free Entry: Visit /enter-free and submit your name and a valid email address. Limit 1 free entry per person per season. No purchase required. Free entries have the same odds as purchase entries based on entry count.

Entry Limit

No limit on Mystery Drop Pack purchases. Each pack awards bonus entries as advertised. Maximum 1 free entry per email address per season.

Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of PokeNYC / Master Kings and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Promotion Period

Entries accepted from the start date through May 15, 2025 at 5:00 PM ET ("End Date"). Late entries will not be accepted.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Entrants with more entries have proportionally greater chances of winning. The drawing will be conducted live on stream for transparency.

Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the End Date.

Winner Notification

Winner will be announced live on stream and contacted via the email address provided at entry. Winner has 72 hours to respond before an alternate winner is selected.

Prize Delivery

Grand Prize shipped to winner within the contiguous United States at no charge. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes on the prize.

Publicity

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion in the event of fraud, technical failure, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

Disputes

All decisions of the Sponsor regarding this promotion are final and binding.

Governing Law

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Void where prohibited.
